    Семена от Чиа
  •  1
    ч.ч. Прясно мляко или друго по избор
  • 1 ч.л.
    Мед

 

Приготвяне:

  1.  Вземете
    подходяща чаша.
  2. Сложете
    млякото ,меда и чиата и разбъркайте добре.
  3. Сложете
    в хладилник за през нощта.
